Where Have My Topics Gone?

This is a screenshot of a question I asked in the support community in 2020. The link to this topic no longer works, and I can't find any of the other Traktor topics I created either, and I just had to register a new username to create this topic. Where can I find all the Traktor topics I created for username keylonta? Is this a new support community or something? Why when I signed in did it ask me to create a new username, when I already had the username keylonta?

Yup, this is a different Forum from the one you posted earlier. It looks like old community support platform is no longer existing.

@Stevan Of course! I had forgot about this period of time...thanks for the reminder. @adEY08394 This is from the old support community we used to have for a moment. That wasn't a great success and was closed down. You're now in the new user forum, so feel free to create any new post you need.

I find myself having to ask some of the same questions I already asked in the old forum. Is there anyway to reclaim all the topics I created? Why would NA want to discard all the wealth of knowledge so the same question have to be answered all over again?

This community isn't the "old forum" as most of users would refer to.
It's a support community that was live for a few months and was then removed. This wasn't managed by the community team but it was an experiment from the support folks. I don't have information about the content on there but it was hardly a wealth of knowledge afaik.
There's already tons of discussions here and a knowledge base with hundreds of articles. I would imagine that the "same questions" would be covered by now but of course unique use cases would need new discussions.

I'm not trying to be a wise guy here, but if you don't have information about the content, how would you know? There were lots of things I've gone back to over the years when I needed an answer to something. Not a good move getting rid of it, in my opinion.

Are you referencing the support community here or the old forum?
Just to be clear I'm talking about the support community which had a very short life-span and was barely used. The reason why I said it was hardly a wealth of knowledge is because it was open and close quite quickly (and we were told it was not exactly working)

I'm referencing the old forum.

So you have your answer, Matt was talking about the short lived support community.

But, the old Forum is gone. So, my comment still holds. I think the old forum should still be available.

Better to erase any proof 😏
