How to change email on my NI account and contact support about it?

I would like to change the email address on my NI account but it doesn't seem possible. I try to fill in the form on the NI site but it doesn't save. I'd love to contact support, but hilariously the only way to do that is though the email associated with the account. As I no longer have access to that email, it seems there is simply no way to get support.

Any advice?

    Why is this being flagged as spam? Has no one encountered this issue?

    The hahahaha comment was an expression of frustration, and I can see how it would seem odd. Sorry
