Loading Issue; Could not load Plug-in

I can preview the sounds of Battery on my Komplete Kontrol keyboard but I can't load them neither into the Komplete Kontrol software nor Digital Performer. The left display says "Busy..." and the right one says "See Software". In the Komplete Kontrol software as well as in the Plug-in window in DP is a message saying:

"Loading Issue

Could not load Plug-in"

I can't play them back on the keyboard either (only preview as said).

Is there some setting that needs to be changed for the Battery library? Or, as I just came to think of; are they just demo sounds since Battery isn't among my installed products in Native Access?

Did you try the troubleshooting steps here already?

KOMPLETE KONTROL Error Message: "Loading Issue. Could not load Plug-in." (Windows)

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks Nico!

Yes, will check it out. Hopefully later today, otherwise in a day or two.

I have Kontakt 7 but not Reaktor 6.

Guess I need Reaktor 6 and not only Reaktor 6 Player?

Is Reaktor included in Komplete 14?

Here's what I've come up with so far.

The folder called VSTPlugins is present in the Komplete Kontrol Preferences but not in the actual folder on C: .

I was expecting it to be the other way around if the plug-in database needs to be reset. But since this is obviously not correct I guess I need to reset/rebuild it anyway.

The Komplete Kontrol database is rebuilt but I'm still having the same issue.

Also, the VST Plugins folder which is not present at the file location is still in the list.

I used the "Find in Explorer" to locate the first Battery kit.

    It's in my Shared folder\Velvet Lounge\Sounds\Battery Kits.
