Maschine and Factory Library stuck in "Demo"

I recently updated/upgraded my products via Native Access and now Maschine and Maschine Factory Library is stuck "Demo". I have a maschine mk2(white) that I have been using for years and never had this problem before. I've submitted multiple tickets with no response and I've tried just about everything. I noticed that there are two unregistered serials in my account but when I go to register I get error messages. In Native Access 1 I get the message "missing base/crossgrade". In Native Access 2 I get the "invalid serial". Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance.
