How do I grant permission to Native access 2 to install dependencies? Win10

I've tried un-installing then re-installing and NTK Daemon then restarting but it didn't help . I've contacted support 6 days ago but no response so I'm not sure what to do . I checked the forum but I could only see mac having that issue. Maybe I'm just missing something .
