Searching for vibrato script

Hi,
Does anybody have Dynamitec's UltraVib vibrato script? Every link that I find on Google is down. In addition, if you have any other vibrato script (excluding SIPS, I have that already), feel free to share.

Here's the old Dynamitec scripts I have, including a PDF manual for the vibrato script.
