I think the PA voucher is broken
ive just tried to use one of the pa vouchers i got with k14 u ce and it didnt reduce anything instead it seemed to raise the price !!
i tried to buy the new spl eq the voucher was added ok but it didnt reduce the final price in fact the price went up and the pa voucher said its value was over $1000 .
anyone else having this?

Support has contacted me back and said they are working on it and hoping to have it resolved by tomorrow.

checked all of my 3 pa vouchers what they do is not reduce the price they all give you the k14 u pa bundle plugins instead of reducing the price..can anyone check this please

I haven't even received a discount voucher, only the bundled app voucher for K14 Standard.

Check your spam..I got sent about 6 emails from ni.
1 of them has 3 codes on it saying each one will reduce any pa plug-in too $29
tried all 3 but none work

I have the same issue. I submitted a support ticket and they are looking into it. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Not in my spam either. I've received four e-mails from NI about the Komplete order being ready for download, PA bundle code and receipts. Probably need to ask support.

It does say can take upto 48 hours..but im wondering if whats happened to me has happened to everyone then maybe theyve stopped sending out the codes because there broke.

Is this a bulk process that takes a while, or should I already have seen it? Do I need to send support a message? I only got the 25β¬ NI voucher, not the βBuy any Plugin for $29.99β PA voucher.
