A quick jam...

Thanks Cal.
My suggestion in the contest to give the henon jam track a name is "Don Marvins Largess".
Have I won ?
btw I need a magnifying glass to read half the text on this new page is, so I'll probably be frequenting discussions considerably less than I visited the (old ?) forum. There is also far too much empty white space for my liking.

Ha ha very good.
Aye, its one of those hit the red ensembles. Sometimes i am surprised the only thing that hasn't broken in my studio is my speakers! 20 years+ still going strong.

Sincere apologies, i hear plastic surgery is cheap in Albania.

Are your speakers by B&W (Bowers & Wilkins)?

How did you know that! I got a set of B+W DM110's. Got them 2nd hand for 50 quid in 1989! They are great for volume and look great, but not really precise or accurate for studio work, so i got some wicked Genelics for producing with in 2000. They are much clearer and great for sound design and Reaktor stuff. What are you monitering on these days?

Bose PC speakers and Sennheiser TV headphone. The last one for a clear sound without lifting up/boosting the bass freqs.
In the past I've no money for B+W speakers and after moving no space in the new rooms.
The small Bose are enough for me. My new pc is much smaller as the old one. 16 GB RAM, 4 kernels only.

oh, didn't you know? paule is endowed with the gift of prescience and latent occult powers
i have an old set of acoustic research hi fi speakers that so far have proven to be unblowable
they've survived many times things being connected to reaktor's audio outputs that really really, really shouldn't have been

Well i didn't know that, butword on the street is paule levitates aswell whilst generating his tracks
Forgot i got a sub aswell, good for when you want your innards to have some exercise...the genelecs are a bit thin on the bass end

also good to generate infrasound in the event of being laid siege to by enemies
the panic frequency, and if necessary, the brown note

If the sonics do not deter, I have several alternate strategies.... 2 pet crocidiles, and an emergency U.F.O always on standby
