Hey everyone, it should be working now for Traktor Pro 2, Traktor 2 Duo, Traktor Pro 3 owners, Traktor Play should be triggered when you connect the device. Simply relaunch Native Access and try again.
If you own Traktor Pro 4, the Traktor Play license won't be triggered as Traktor Pro 4 takes over and can be used with these controllers.

same issue here and just checked my NI account
an old traktor scratch duo is still there from ages.
as far I can understtand this could be the real issue and it is not fixed yet correct?
we could workaround with a new account NI biinding it to a different email? hope it will be not necessary and you will fix it quickly
cant wait to ride soundwaves with this new traktor
goood memories and lot of fun with the scratch duo about 15 yrs ago……..time to repeat!!!!

Can you close and open Native Access again? It should be fixed now.
Just plugged my FLX2 in and all seems to be well currently. Really looking forward to trying Traktor Play. Thank you.
