Upgrading Komplete 15 using Black Friday Deal

Hi everyone,

Like the many plebs out there, I am trying to take advantage of the ongoing deals to upgrade my gear/software, etc.

So I was very happy to see that on the 50% sale I would be able to upgrade my Komplete Standard to CE in $324.50 (see image below)

Bu then when I click on the Buy now button, I am taken to a page that offers a different price (image below)

When I noticed this, I opened the deal page as as logged in user and I see the same deal (yet the price change as soon as I go the Buy Now page).

Can anyone explain what is going on here ? Do I need some other code/voucher that I need to enter here ?

The price showing your final Cart is correct 779 CA. The catalogue displays both the Full Version price and the Update price (the cheapest possible), but doesn't indicate that the Update offer is for you. It only becomes personalized once you access BUY NOW.

The NI web site seems to get very confused with upgrade/update pricing at times. I'd suggest talking to support as they'll be able to tell you exactly what the price should be. You can create a ticket here - https://bit.ly/NI_Support_All

I had the same issues. In fact, there was no upgrade possibilities based on the previous version of Komplete that I had. It said my upgrade price would be 99 dollars, and when I went to "Buy Now", there was no option for 99 dollars. Just the full price. Bait and switch!

Appear to me if you have possibly confused Update price and Upgrade price :

You can see the difference at the compare prices at the compare page But update is from same product tier to same tier of newer version and upgrade is from a lower product tier to a higher product tier of same or newer generation.
