Whenever I select an audio device, the program crashes—regardless of whether I'm using Traktor 3 or Traktor 4.
Hello,
Not many people here can read (and understand) .nicrash logs.

Since the person who posted this is Chinese, forgive me for instinctively replying in Chinese.sorry
This issue is usually a Windows character encoding problem. If Chinese characters appear in the device list, it can cause Traktor to crash.
You can change the encoding of non-Unicode characters to UTF-8 in the following way, and then click on the audio device list in Traktor to see if it works properly. Usually, this will prevent errors. At the same time, if the list contains Chinese characters, Japanese characters, or garbled text like “???”, you can confirm that this device is causing the crash. If you don’t need to use it, you can directly remove it and also clean the ASIO section in the registry. If you still need to use it, you can delete the Chinese characters in the registry or simply keep the UTF-8 encoding, but keeping UTF-8 may cause character display errors in some software.
The registry address is usually here
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ASIO\ \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\ASIO
No worries… :-)
Nice answer by the way
