hi I am using traktor pro3 software on a MacBook m4 chip Mac OS sequoia 15.4 and I bought traktor controller Z1MK2 also the x1mk2 the first doesn't work but x1 it does. I have done everything that the article says ( https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/210275045-My-Traktor-Controller-is-Not-Recognized ) but still nothing.
Yeah, it's made after tp4 release.
Enter the serial into native access, and install tp4.

X1 MK3 was released before Traktor Pro 4 it should therefore work with the latest version of Traktor Pro 3.
True. But not with 3.4.2, which is my preferred version. ;)

Should just work, but maybe create your own thread, this is about Z1 mk2. And give details on what does not work.
I experimented a bit and have my Z1 MK2 fully working with Traktor Pro3. Tested with 3.11 1 17, but should work with all Traktor Pro 3. Volume indicators and back lights aren't working yet. So still some work to do. What I did is putting Z1 in Midi Mode. Mapping attached. z1-fs.tsi version with fader start z1mk2byarpart.tsi version without fader start With Djay Pro Z1 MK2 is also working fine and easy.
