i registered my s49 but have hot received ableton lite plugin email .how do i get the free software?

have you looked into your account on the "my products and serials" page there on the bottom you should see 3rd party stuff.
After some server changes then N.I. no longer show the serials of not registered software on the account pages , so if you have not received the email with the code to get the Ableton Live Lite DAW and the email is not in the spam filter either then please contact N.I. Support (all) and ask them for a code for the DAW. (but first be sure to check all the emails received from N.I.)

I can still see ableton and pa stuff in my account under products from 3rd party or something like that
Yes, I know , but can you also still see the serials ? If not then how is the user supposed to register the product ? (You ill not find the serials for not registered products under for transfer either !)
ahh correct the serials are gone - somehow i didn´t got the memo hahaha
