There are 4 Pianos in my NA with the mention "Add Product". They all have version 0.0.0 and no release notes. What does this mean? Are these free addition, is it an error, will I have to pay if I click on Add Product?
I am not sure if what you experience is by error but it might be (including a screenshot might help people diagnose) .
Anyway then as far as I know then the "Add Product" is directed at adding an existing product already installed at a location.
Also I don't think that anyone can or will charge you anything for clicking "Add Product" in N.A.. Even using demo products usually do not include any forced buy unless you click 'Buy' or we are talking about e.g. self renewing subscriptions or that you in any other way should agree to purchase anything in connection with a 'trial'.
I don't know about everywhere else but I don't think that Native Instruments are going to charge you anything unless you have bought something or otherwise agreed to pay.

Hi PoorFellow, thanks for your reply. Here is a screenshot of available items with 4 Add Product ones. Also note that no indication of the size is given. Must be an error I think.
Doing a quick Google, these seem to be very old products from Classic Piano Collection. I can find references to it from 12 years ago. Presumably then, you've bought these at some point in the past, so they're in your account. I can see you've got some other really old stuff too i.e. Kontakt 5.
Traktors 12? What the…?
Thanks PK The DJ, Well, I have Ultimate Collectors v14 for over a year now, and before that Ultimate v10. Possibly those are indeed remains of that older version but I used NA many times and they only appeared just now. The other older stuff is indeed from v10 and I obviously never installed that. I think I will just remove them from NA (if I can).
There's an option to show legacy/discontinued products. Do you have that on or off?
I have it on because I still have some legacy items like Absynth and Battery 4 installed which still work perfectly. But they do give a warning (see screenshot) that the feature is experimental and may cause unexpected results in NA. So I guess that must be it. I'll just leave things as they are, it doesn't bother me.
Thanks again!
Thank you for the screenshot. I believe this is what it is related to :

Right PoorFellow, I still have my Ultimate v10 collection installed on a Mac Pro from 2010 and lo and behold there they are! I had totally forgotten about them. So it is not an error, it is just items that can no longer be downloaded but are still somehow present in my NA collection. Strange though that they only appeared just now.
