How do I claim Ozone 12 EQ Free?

Hi,

I'd like to try out the new Ozone 12 EQ as it's free. However, aside from it being incredibly hard to find on Native Access (I would expect a free product to show up pretty much everywhere and I had to actively search for it), I'm told I could not claim it. Note the tiny little unacknowledgement thing top right.

So how do I actually get this ?

If you check the product page, you'll see it's free - as part of Komplete Start.

The same is true of a Massive X expansion pack (Bass Music Essentials) that says it's free. I was going to give it a try, but downloading Komplete Start to get it put me off - I've already got Komplete 15 CE.

[EDIT] I just managed to download Bass Music Essentials from the Discover page of NA. No other download required. Result!

I know it is free, that's why I am trying to download it. You can't download it from the Komplete Start page, that points you to download Native Access.

I already have Komplete Start (and Komplete the full thing).

Ozone 12 EQ doesn't appear in Native Access for me and when I find it in the Discover section I am told I can't get it.

Hence my question.

What I'm saying is, the way to get it free…..is to download Komplete Start (via Native Access).

If you already have Komplete Start - when did you download it? If you downloaded it prior to Ozone 12 EQ being bundled with it, I guess you'll have to download it again, so it includes the bit you're after.
