Which plugins have stopped working? Do you get an error message when you try to use them?
Will need much more info that this.

If you have account access or subscription problems or you are sure that you are logged into the correct account and products are missing then you need to contact N.I. Support (all).

same with mine nothing works none of it. the entire catalog has dissapeared my tracks are now worthless when will th7s update stop spinning

This is not the way to provide us with more detail. Can't really assist if you cannot show us what's wrong.
thanks for responding. i just realised that you guys answered. anyway, in my last post from a few minutes ago i tirid to explain what's going on.
i have tried to contact customer service like i have many times before, now I'm sent to some meaningless chat page that no one is on.
You need to be logged in your NI account - then access the "meaningless" chat page and describe your issue. A ticket will be created and someone will get back to you.
If you were expecting some hearty hour long "live" chat with an agent in that window - that will not happen. Log a ticket and you will be contacted.
thats the problem, i can not get into most of my account. i can see the billing stuff, however, when i try and find my products i can't find them. and the "chat" thing is useless, i've been trying for the last hour to get anything to work.
Well - there is no concept of "cannot get into most of my account".
You are either in - or you are not when logging in at the NI site.
If your NI login is success and you just see billing but no products - I can tell you that the NI credentials you are using to login - are most likely not the same as the account where your products most likely ARE listed.
Getting the email and password correct - happens all the time in here. Users think their account uses one combo when in fact in reality it is a different combo.

Otherwise then should you have any webpage functionality issues then since functionality or lack of same could be a browser issue then first try private/incognito mode. If that does not help then also try another browser that you have not used before and with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser ,depending on what you do not usually use)
The suggested browsers are what I expect will work if having never been installed before on the computer and then used as is with no extensions and all cookies accepted. (e.g. do not use an adblocker for the N.I. website)
