Can you share more details with everyone so we can understand what's happening, what steps you have followed and what system/traktor version you are using ?

Mac Os Big Sur 11.1,and Traktor 3.5.2 are the versions I m using…
i followed all the steps as mentioned in the knowledge base
it worked when I started it up the first time,a couple of days later,when I returned after a holyday it didn’t t work anymore…

Did you change the location of your itunes files, or has there been a major change in your system lately?
If pointing Traktor to the correct file path doesn't help, you might wanna try uninstalling and reinstalling Traktor.
