HI,
I recently purchased Komplete 15 Ultimate from Thomann and activated it in Native Access via purchase of the s61.
Komplete 15 Ultimate includes some iZotope products (like Ozone, Neutron, etc.), but I can't find their serial numbers in my account or in Native Access. when I go to add library I can't give it the right path.
I have a Native Access version 1.4 because my Mac won't let me install subsequent versions of Native Access even though the operating system is compatible with the updated versions.
how can I do it?

Your problem entirely stems from that your OS and Native Access being too old. Even with a newer N.A. products will not show in N.A. if not compatible with your OS. To get all products to show then you need to use a supported OS and newest version of N.A.

I understand... my system supports the latest version of native access, the problem is that I can't install it because ntk damon crashes... I've tried all sorts of ways with the permissions... installing only ntk damon but something I don't understand is blocking the installation... I see all my vsts and I've installed them, I'm missing third party ones like ozone... it tells me add to library but I don't understand which path on my computer I have to give it... I hope I've explained myself... sorry for my English

If so , then generally then you need to get N.I. Support (all) to help you troubleshoot the issue. Besides we still do not even know what is your 'your system'., or what is the exact issue with that.

As an alternative attempt to 'fix' then you can try downloading the products from the recently introduced Account downloads page , How to use the NI Download Manager (misleading title) ,

and then try installing the products manually using the installers . This might still not work though if the products require a recent Native Access to activate..

In general for functionality then be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS.
