Received a voucher today, but cart says: "The voucher code 'XXXXXXXX' does not exist."

Hi,

I am very happy to have received a voucher today.

But after I selected a product, then I entered the voucher code in the shopping cart and the page shows: "The voucher code 'XXXXXXXX' does not exist. Please check the code and try again.“

Can anyone help? 😥

i had this problem because i got a 50$ voucher and wanted to buy a 50€ product. so it was a currency thing. try to change location, or contact customer support

First check the voucher fine print and make sure that the voucher is valid for the product. You do not tell anything about but vouchers usually among other can not be used for bundles , upgrades , already discounted items or products where it says NKS on top right of page.

Then if you are sure that the voucher is valid for the product that you want to buy and there still is an issue with the voucher then please contact N.I. Support (all)

Thanks for reply. Here is info I got:

“Top up your bundle with a voucher to spend on new instruments, effects, or sounds. Simply add the code at checkout to save.”

And I try to choose a Claire Bundle or a regular product of Noire, both do not work.

I cannot accurately understand the meaning of "top up bundle." Does a bundle product need top up?

Or, what kind of product can I choose to use this voucher?

Is there any email address （not start wirh noreply@ni.com） of customer support?

There is no phone support and you can not initiate support by writing an email address. For initiating support then you need to use the support web interface.

First login, then in lower right side of browser then click the chat icon if it did not open by itself.

If the chat bot is not able to provide a solution, then continue the conversation until the chat bot escalates your case to a live chat agent or it creates an email support request, depending on the issue and live agents availability.

"The voucher code that comes with the S-Series Keyboards is valid for a single NI-owned Kontakt instrument priced below (your amount) USD/EUR on the NI Online Shop. It cannot be used for updates,upgrades, crossgrades, edu licenses, hardware, NKS partner products,or Komplete bundles and upgrades/crossgrades.
