Why Maschine 2 only has demo mode available in NA 2 even though I have full mode serial registered?

Had an issue with my Fujitsu laptop equipped with i3-4300m processor and 16gb RAM so I had to reinstall Windows 10. Loggged into Native Access 2 and proceeded to reinstall all NI products. Traktor 3 and 4 installed and worked great but.

Maschine 2 only allows me install Demo. Even though I have full version and have been using it for over a year.

Anyone have a fix for this?

@crate_ape Not 100% sure this is relevant here but usually these Maschine software serials are linked to hardware serials. I don't see a hardware serial on your account, did you sell your device recently? I see that you contacted our support about it, you might want to mention this to them too.
