If I buy an old new MK3, will I get new Content?

If I buy an old new MK3 (stock, not registered), will i get new software and kits as come with recently produced MK3?

I’ll add that some people who are registering new mk3 are still getting the old software, if that happens don’t panic , just contact support through their support page whilst logged into your account, start chatbot conversation, exhaust all options to create a ticket , send them proof of purchase, make sure you get a confirmation email , to confirm a ticket has been opened

yeah , if its unregistered, but you wouldn’t get the old software - maschine 2 or its library, imo

if you have any problems contact support

What's "old new" ? A device sold on the used market that was never opened/used?

If so, yes… But you're putting a lot of trust on that seller…

Contact NI support, only they can tell you what is available to you and what is not.
