CRG means Crossgrade and Crossgrade always means Full Version.

Again: Crossgrade IS the Full Version. Always.

Crossgrade is just a term for a personal "special discount" based on your owned products.

Thanks for that , but if I sell the S61 MK2 Komplete Kontrol , do lose the Cross grade with the sale or not ie still own the full version after the sale of the keyboard and can I sell on the cross grade license ??? thanks in advance.

I completely understand your concern , also for me it says "Because you own KOMPLETE KONTROL S61 MK2 HW, you qualify for a special loyalty price." and if I were selling my keyboard then I would question this too.

However I think that if you take the offer then you can most likely still use the Reaktor 6 software since the way that N.I. software licenses works in general is put together in a way where you can sell the hardware and keep the software still. (seller will keep keyboard base software when selling and buyer will get their own copy) . Ref. : Quote Matt_NI : All you need to know about License Transfer .

Else then you can contact N.I. Support (all) to inquire.

In case that you need guidance contacting support : How to contact NI Support and How to get in touch with our Customer Care

    .

Incidentally then the best deal usually is upgrading to Komplete 15 Standard unless of course that you are not interested in the rest of the content.

Thanks for that , yes exactly I don't want to purchase Komplete 15 standard , I recently sold my Komplete 11 ,13.14. all from upgrades from my original Komplete 7 as a lot of instruments I never used now I'm just wanting the ones I liked and when I sold the Komplete 7 I lost a lot as that was the base software so you see I'm a little wary, thanks again L.A.Taylor

I don't understand your concern. It's really simple. Buy the crossgrade first, then sell your S61 later.

The crossgrade offers, are based on what you have now, not on what you will (or will not) have in the future.

the concern is will I have to buy it back again in the future if I sell the keyboard , like a base software , as I intend selling the keyboard in a few days time.

Of course not, it makes no sense. If you bought something once, it's yours, no matter how you bought it.

The only "disadvantage" is that, CRG products are not transferable. You will not be able to sell it, ever (your Reaktor software).

However, since i do not have the "full picture" of your products and the interactions between them, lets ask @Jeremy_NI just to be on the safe side.

@L.A.Taylor If you bought the wrong product (the CRG one) you can simply ask for a return/refund or add money to buy the full product that will be independent from all other licences.
