Exactly the same here.
On the first page, it shows the lower price we could get if we already have a previons Collectors edition that may not be applicable to us. If we have Ultimate edition, it is slightly more expensive.
I was ready to pay for the 324,50$ to upgrade to collector, but not 389,50$.
As I bought a few years back Symphonies Collection at 399,95$ price after NI told us it will never be in the Komplete bundles, and I was very sad that a few monthes later they added a Collectors bundle that would make me buy Symphonies Collection twice. I tried to offer my crossgrade license on the forum, but is is understandable that as it is now in the bundle nobody was interested.
As I am owning these instruments just for personnal fun, making no money out of it, this move from NI really hurted me and now I am in an unpleasant situation, willing to upgrade to Collector to have full completion (even if I barely use a few instruments), but unable to justify the price.
Added to this is I own a Komplete Kontrol S88 MK1 for which support was shutdown with last versions of the software. I understood that the embedded software was difficult to maintain, but losing support for a such expensive piece of hardware made me sad anyway.

Nailed it, that's the problem. I am coming from K9U, so the price is correct $389. Thanks for clearing that up.

About the site issues… even here no VPN, no AD Blocker… no extensions at all.
But sometimes the site decides to open in German, use different currencies,…
Let’s be honest: the façade is also well looking, but it has never been a well done site.
To name just a few other issues: pages with incorrect outdated infos not being updated, discontinued and abandoned products still being offered, miscalculation of prices, a system that should offer dedicated offers often failing, buttons for “show more items” creating duplicates before showing the ulterior products, pages like “what’s new for me” or “hide owned products” showing errors (and showing a different listing every time),… to reach the constantly appearing “unexpected failure” messages when trying to buy something…
All things that have also been reported… but without interventions… Probably the poor guys working on it receive a lot of “NO!” when asking for means to fix it
Should we call it a “well curated” website?

I bought the Komplete 15 Ultimate update. I had Komplete standard 14. The new serial for Komplete 15 ultimate update is not working. What do I do. Please help. BR Thor Ivar
