    I subscibed for email notifications since 2019 and never unsubscribed, and I also didn't got the 10% voucher.

    So, there is another reason for the 10% vouchers giveaway. Maybe some countries limitation? I'm from Canada.

    I have 14ce but also purchased an upgrade to guitar rig pro 7 is there any additional savings upgrading to 15ce $250 since I have purchased the grp7 upgrade already?

    @replayman The deals are region specific according to a post by Kaiwan on an earlier post. That may be why you didn't get one, but check your spam folder anyway just in case.

    @Cmos79 If you log into your account while you're looking at the shop you'll see what discounts are available to you. I don't think product purchases outside a bundle add any additional discount to the bundle, but I may be wrong.

    I know for a fact that the Canadians have also received the voucher as much as other people (check conversation on the page) so it's not a country based thing either.

    Alas then at the moment then that is not how it works. But the great thing is that if you get the Komplete 15 CE update then since you then get Guitar Rig 7 Pro there then you can then sell the Guitar Rig 7 Pro update that you previously bought.

    Anyway , I am shopping at a company where if you have bought parts of their bundle then you get a discount on the bundle and I frankly do not thing that the discounts based on what you own are always that great and I think that it's difficult both as a customer to know what to expect as well as for a company to set the bar the right place. With respect to N.I. then also the savings in general are huge when you buy the bundles compared to the added price of the individual items so I do not not think that N.I. would be able to offer that much discount based on ownership of a few individual items updated. So in any case then you'd most likely had been better of selling the GR7Pro update anyway compared to what discount it potentially could have added had N.I. given such extra discounts.

    Not usually, I have 14CE, Kontakt 8, Guitar rig 7 Pro, Fables, Feel it, Nacht, Schema Dark, Schema Light, session Percussionist and Utopia.

    The upgrade is still the same price as anyone else that owns CE14

    Thing is, I had a choice, buy and make use of the software when it became available or wait ages for a sale, I chose the former and am happy. Although the few things I still want I can buy cheaper than upgrading, so will more than likely buy those now and wait until 16 comes out.

    I didn't see a voucher either in any of the emails from NI. 🤷‍♂️

    But now I'm getting a different price at checkout.

    I’d like to update my Komplete to 15 Collector’s Edition now during Summer of Sound, and the website tells me my update price is €249,50. However, when I click buy, I’m suddenly being charged €299,50. 

    Is there a mistake or am I not eligible for the price I'm shown?

    Try checking the My Komplete Offers page when logged in.

    Else then maybe what you experience is a question of VAT being added ?

    Could also be that you are looking the wrong place , You write : "I’d like to update my Komplete to 15 Collector’s Edition " , but you do not tell what 'Komplete' that you already have. The €249,50 is the Update price if you already have a Collectors Edition , the €299,50 (Upgrade from Ultimate) would fit with you only having a Komplete Ultimate

    Does anyone else have a problem getting the right price for Komplete Collector Edition? I'm in Canada and KKompleteCollectorEditionis showing as $324.50 before any taxes (I own the previous Komplete edition, so I get an upgrade discount), but when I add it to the basket it say $389.50 before taxes.

    It is even worse for me.

    As a test just 5 mins ago - and I am in Canada too - just added my K15 ULT "Update" (As I have K14ULT) and my prices will suddenly be in Euros…

    It might sound stupid but… maybe you guys are using a VPN so the website "sees" a different location?

    I had the same problem converting to euros, but I just logged out, deleted all history and cookies from my browser, restarted my browser (edge) Googled native instruments again, and clicked the first link that came up and logged back in. Got me back to CAD but the price was still incorrect

    No vpn on my side, and I also made sure to turn off any ad blockers.
