How do I fix Native Acess not Installing Maschine 2 Applications?

Hey guys, I have downloaded the Native Access and its application before and it has worked. But I try to download it again and Maschine 2 Essentials is stuck at "installing" while Maschine 2 Factory Selection is installed but I don't see the application to where I can open it. Please help me, I have contacted support and they did not help.

    Try to check in the folder indicated in NA where the downloads go if there are some files (maybe corrupted) that are left there. In that case, delete them and retry the download.

    Btw: Maschine Factory selection is not the Maschine app but some other bundled softwares. It should not even appear in NA. Are you maybe talking about Maschine 2 Factory library? (Which is also not the Maschine app but a library of kits, sounds,… that you can use in Maschine app when you’ll have it installed)

    Yes, you're right maschine factory selection isn't supposed to open. But, I did what you said but now it says installation failed. Which is good because its different from "installing" What do I do now?

    Now it's stuck on installing again when I try to redownload it, this did not help. Please give me another solution

    Please do not post same topic more places in the forum.

    For all I know then your specific problem needs a manual download from support.

    If what support suggested did not work then please respond to support promptly and tell them so and ask for a solution.
