Can't crossgrade Ozone 11 standard to Advanced (from Komplete 15 standard)

Hi, I've tried many times to crossgrade ozone 11 standard wich is included in my Komplete 15 standard bundle, but I can't see any crossgrade on the NI webshop, even after the "buy" button.

Has anyone the same problem ?

I need to say, that I had an izotope account before Native ID, but I don't think that's the problem. When I log in at the izotope website, I don't see Ozone 11 standard on my apps too.

First log in into the N.I. account where you have the Komplete 15 standard

Then go to this page , If you still see a Log-in request then click that.

If you still have problems then try another browser :

Website functionality : Should you have any webpage functionality issues then since functionality or lack of same could be a browser issue then also try another browser that you have not used before and with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser ,depending on what you do not usually use)

The suggested browsers are what I expect will work if having never been installed before on the computer and then used as is with no extensions and all cookies accepted.

I've tried to go to the page directly. I see the "loyalty pricing… login to see if you qualify".

Then I login (the one that I used to by Komplete 15 standard with ozone 11 standard). And I have not the price offer at 134€.

I've tried on firefox and Edge with all cookies on. Think the problem might be somewhere else.

Sorry , you didn't mention the price in the first place.

The cross-grade option appear to be missing then ,reference : How Can I Upgrade Komplete's Ozone Standard to Ozone Advanced?
