Unable to purchase Plugins

Hi there,
I have recently been trying to purchase the Spotlight Collection bundle. However, once i try to pay by card or with PayPal, i am met with this message. "Payment issue; Your payment was unable to be proccessed. Please check your credit card information, or choose another payment method" There is no option for me to enter my credit card info anywhere, it puts me right back to this page. Same thing happens when i try to pay via paypal. It brings me to the paypal web page, where i can select my bank/card, and method of payment, but after i click on purchase, it also brings me right back to this page.
I have already contacted the support, but i hope that perhaps, someone else has the same issue, and may be able to help me. Thank you!

Another user reported same problem.
They later reported the issue to have been a 'cart' problem with a non-qualifying item in the cart when trying to use the %10 off voucher ?
Reference : And it was indeed cart. When I removed bundled item "italo-disco-bundle" and added all items separately, it went through. So it was either problem with this item, or configuration of items (I bought also komplete 15 U update) or problem with this 10% voucher I used as well.

Thanks for the quick response, i suppose i could try installing a completely new browser like opera for example. Putting in all instruments seperately won't do, as the price is much lower with the bundle. Hope we can get a fix for this soon!

Update: using a COMPLETELY newly installed browser does not help, it might an item/cart issue afterall

Yes, it likely is a cart issue. Problem is that it is completely not see through for us as we have zero access to N.I. systems so we all have to rely on experience and reports. It might be that the bundle for whatever reason does not qualify , are you trying to use the %10 voucher ?
Else then this needs a N.I. employee to check which means either waiting for N.I. community or forum Customer Care to arrive sometimes next week or that you contact N.I. Support (all) and ask them.

Nope, i am not using any vouchers. Just the bundle itself!
