IZOTOPE NOT FONCTION - WHY?

HELLO everyone,
please help me solve this problem.
Since May 1st, iZotope Portal has moved to Native Access, and from that moment on, my subscription suite has stopped working.
Native Access tells me that ALL IT'S OK but in native acces all izootpe's plugin are in demo mode and doesn't authorize my products anymore.
I’m still paying the monthly fee, the Native support team sees my product and confirms it’s in order, but they haven’t been able to find a solution.

Are you experiencing the same issue?
Have you managed to solve it?

Izotope Product Portal is working just fine over here - but I do not have any subscription content.

Please share your OS version and Native Access version

If Native Access still isn't able to see the license files as expected, the next step to try would be to reset your 'Ras3' folder manually....

Here is what you should try:

Quit Native Access

Click on the Finder > select the Go menu > click 'Go To Folder' > paste in /Users/Shared/Native Instruments/

Click on the Native Access folder and find the 'Ras3' folder

Then, please move this folder to your desktop

Relaunch, Native Access

This will force Native Access to manually rebuild the folder which should allow it to reconnect the licenses"
