Good afternoon, I bought a brand new Traktor Kontrol X1 MK3, new and it includes the full license of Traktor Pro 4, and I do not know how to activate the Traktor.
The controller includes a coupon with a serial number, but when I put it in Native Access it does not install the program, it looks like a device registration code and not the license number, see if someone can help me, thanks.

I checked your account and it seems that Traktor Pro 4 was already registered to your account, you should see it available to download in Native Access, make sure you are using the latest version: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/

I don't see a licence for the X1 MK3, you first need to register it: How do I Register the Hardware and Software of my Traktor Product?

Yes, as I mentioned, if you have difficulties registering the X1 (it doesn't show as registered) please contact our support.
