Traktor Z1 mk2 Problem!!

Hello, good day.
I recently purchased a Traktor Z1 mk2 controller, updated Native Access, and updated the Traktor 4 software. Then, I installed the v5.70.0 drivers and downloaded the v3.22.1 updater as indicated in Traktor as soon as it starts.
The problem I'm having is that the updater doesn't detect the firmware for me to update it. But it does detect the audio device within Traktor.
I'm attaching photos and awaiting a response. Thanks!

Disconnect the Z1, open device manager, show hidden devices, uninstall the z1 driver, re-install the z1 driver using the NI installer, then reconnect the Z1 and try again.

Hello
You can not update firmware from within Traktor!
It must be closed.

The problem is that the updater does not detect the drivers, at the bottom you can see how the PC recognizes the audio card of the Z1 MK2

Still, there is nothing to be updated, you have the latest version.

The firmware updater can't display what the installed version is though?
It sounds like the DFU driver isn't installing or isn't working.
take a look at this - it's for the S series keyboard but the basics should be the same.
I recall someone else having this problem - they ended up having to update it using a friend's laptop.

Ok, I'll try it and let you know if it works for me.

Same issue.
Updater doesn't detect the device.
Drivers install/uninstall many times with device connected and not. No result.
Device Manager shows this…0 -
Right click on the 4 Z1 drivers, and uninstall each one then unplug the Z1. Reboot, then start Traktor and only reattach the Z1 after it's fully loaded up. Does it make any difference?

Connected the Z1 usb while Traktor 4 was running, device was detected (without installing the drivers) and able to play, but Device Manager shows exact same picture as above. No success.
Same issue on another PC.

So you haven't installed the ASIO driver? I've only seen that error in the sound devices if the ASIO driver is also installed, but I haven't had a look since installing 4.2.0
The other devices section is a problem with the device firmware updater driver - if you select the driver and try to update it does it work? Try the 'pick from list' option first, and then the 'select automatically' option if the first doesn't work.

Hey,
I created a support ticket for you. We might need to take a look in your computer.

I had a good check of the driver situation with the Z1mk2 and Windows at the weekend - it's still not right. The only solution is to install the ASIO drivers, but this fix from firmware 4.1.
- Z1 MK2 does is not configured automatically on Windows
The Z1 MK2 is now automatically selected and configured when first connected to a Windows computer.
has not worked. The WASAPI drivers do not work at all now. The automatically selected driver is listed as Z1mk2 ASIO Driver (WASAPI Exclusive) - obviously not right.

Do you have any other interfaces connected via USB? My Xone mixer is giving me such issues when I connect any controller with a built-in audio interface (such as S4 Mk3).
