My cousin tried to put komplete 14 on assd drive and mest all my files up. At first i couldn't load NA or machine. Now I can load machine and NA ( after trouble shooting) but now some of my plugins I can hear them but they won't load on my mk3. My ssd drive is full because of duplicates I also can't find my files. What should I do?

Uninstall everything you can and format the drive and re-install everything unfortunately, if you have duplicate files you would have remove each one and would probably find you still had problems, the easiest and least painless would be a fresh installation.

    Hello,

first search for your project files and important stuff like maybe own sample libraries, save/backup them, then uninstall everything (clear that ssd too or at least delete the native instruments folders) and re-install, first native access, then you go into native access settings and set the folders there I would just set the library folder to that ssd. After that is set install everything again. That's normally faster and easier than trying to clear the mess up and make it work. You could try to hold the kontakt libraries and just relocate them via native access if you have a slow Internet, means in the first step you uninstall/delete everything, except kontakt libraries. Then you do as described above + relocate the kontakt libraries.
