Why bpm indicators in my traktor pro 3 (3.11.17) do not change at all?

I am at odds, the bpm counters on both decks are not changing at all when adjusting their bpm either way, up or down. Tried checking transport settings and everything is ok. Tried reaching out to customer service/ support and send them a video showing my problem as well as sending them the scan result of the NI's support tool and got a very lame response back from them. Very unhappy about this. Can anyone volunteer help or has had the same issue as me, and what was the solution to this problem?
