Problem with my recent purchase and activation of traktor 4

Hi,

I recently buy a Kontrol X1 MK3 and add the serial to my native account.

But it only activate Traktor 3 and not Traktor 4 i don't know why.

I try to contact Native assistance by mail ou tchat but no answer.

Can someone help me with this licence problem ?

    Only NI support can help. When did you open your case in the chat? If it was just this weekend (or Friday) keep in mind that NI support doesn‘t work on public holidays and weekends. As next weekend is Easter some support staff may be on vacation too right now, too.

    If your request is older: Maybe @Martiniix_NI can have a look on it.

    If there is no support available via the chat, then it should™️create a ticket for you. Check your email and maybe the spam folder.

    Otherwise try again.

    I open a ticket in the chat but i never receive any emails or solution.

    Hey @zou

    I have added Pro 4 to your account, seems like there was a little issue and it wasn't deployed.

    You can now refresh native Access and check it out.

    I had the same problem they other week , i registered a new S2 mk3 , but only got Traktor 3 , can you have a look at my account, thanks
