I have asked for return product and i have received a pdf with credit memo… what is? There is no explanation about it.
Someone else have had some issue?
I think that it means that you will get the amount on the memo refunded or that the amount has already been refunded and will show up on your account after whatever time needed for it to do so..

I've had nothing but trouble since spending a LOT of money with native instruments I've ask for help and instead they just sent a credit memo no explanation or nothing > knowledge base just runs me in circles never getting anywhere and i cant get in touch with anyone to help me I am having trouble with native access and just cant seem to get any answers anywhere. very unfortunate for them cause i spend alot of money in music production. im getting a refund for everything ive purchased from them at this point. why put so much into creating this to not maintain your customer base?
