Cannot launch Kontakt

I've recently replaced my ssd with a new one. My new ssd is empty and I did not transfer any data from the old ssd to the new. So I downloaded and installed my DAW and Native Access, I then installed Kontakt. The download process went fine, but when I tried to add Kontakt as a plugin in FL Studio it did not work. And I tried opening Kontakt from Native Access to check what went wrong, it gave an error message saying: "Kontak has encountered a major problem and has been terminated. A crashlog file has been created at the following location, etc. Please provide this crashlog to the NI technical support."
