Native Access, how to remove cancelled "komplete now" products showing as available?

Hi, I tried Komplete Now before purchasing Komplete Standard. All the product entries from the subscription still appear as available in Native Access, and it's very hard to see what I actually own. Searching the forum, it seems the only way to remove them is to ask directly here to remove the Komplete Now entry from my account.

Is there a way to remove it myself? If not, I would appreciate if someone from NI could do it.
