Hello,

I have recently registered my brand new Maschine MK3 hardware, just about a month ago. And I am still struggling with how to get the complimentary Maschine 3 software. No notice email haven't arrived. Coming to a dead end, could I get some help?

You could have been hit by this issue : Maschine Software won't show up after Hardware registration

Also are you using latest version of Native Access for your OS ?

Else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access .

If the problem persists then please contact N.I. Purchase Support .

Download & install Native Access, then log in to Native Access using your account details.

Blank out any serials if you post the screenshot

Then you really should have mentioned that in your first post. We can only respond to information given.

That was your first post. You said the Maschine MK3 was new, and also mentioned expecting an email, which implied that you weren't aware of Native Access.
