Stem separation with 60s/70s tracks

Dear readers,

Basically, can stems be separated with old school music? Originally recorded for vinyl

• Usually they were originally recorded on multitracks
• some have been remastered and re-released digitally but that doesn’t change ‘how’ they were recorded
• If the tracks can be separated, will they be clean (enough)
• Are there a more complex steps that need to be taken using other apps
• In the demo video the stems are taken from a digital straight forward house track
