Guitar Rig 5 messed up - won't reinstall

I am trying to reinstall Guitar Rig 5. I am using Native Access. When I go to the library I see GR 5 and I click install. It just spins and spins and spins and spins……..

I cannot find anything in the Community. Windows 10 Pro.

I have turned off my firewall.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

GR5 is from 2011 and has been retired for a long time.

That said it still appears that GR5 can be activated. It appears in my Native Access and could be installed if I so choose.

What version of Native Access are you using? It must be v3.17.0 ( or higher).

I just downloaded the newest native access and it is version 3.17.0.
GR5 shows up on the app list and when I click “Install “ it just spins and spins. I even entered my serial number.
I have downloaded several other applications like GR seven pro which I just purchased, with no issues.
Surely somewhere there is a copy of the GR5 pro download.

If GR5 is appearing in NA - there is no need to enter any serials. It will either install or it will not.

If not - you may need to consult with NI Support.

That said - you did not mention what OS are you using.

I tried doing the steps in the article you refer to above. No luck.

As a matter of fact, I saved a couple of my own presets and they are also not there.

Thank you for your help. I have been looking for a way to contact NI support and I can't find it. I'll check the Chat bot.
