License traktor 2

Hi, to recover from a old backup I need a traktor 2 license. Is there someone who is willing to give or sell me an old license?!

Would be over the moon, if I can recover my old backup!

What happened to your licence? Should still be listed in you account.

You have to set "show legacy software" in NA settings to get listed licences of EOL software.

And also if you are on OS that is not supported by TP2, it will not show up in NA. It should not be case if you are on Win, but on Mac it could be the case….

Sounds logical. I am starting a virtual machine with windows 10. See if that indeed is the problem!?

(btw I already had that "show legacy" on …)

Didn't make a difference; even on "old windows 10" I can't see legacy licenses… Anyone that has a tip why they aren't showing?

Most basic 'troubleshooting' is the 'check that you are logged into the correct account' by visiting the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , to see if the products lists as Registered Products.

"I am starting a virtual machine with windows 10"

I am not sure if the N.A. software will work in a virtual machine.

What is your exact native, not virtual machine, OS version ? And what is your Native Access version ?

It can be a jungle sometimes to find out what shows and what shows not in what version of Native Access and what can be activated and what can not be activated in what version of Native Access.

Generally speaking though then you are supposed be using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless you are using a legacy OS , Mac 10.15 and earlier / Win 7 downloads). And if you are indeed using a 'legacy OS' then prepare to soon not be able to use the software since as far as I know then come this spring then at least Native Access 1 might stop working also (?) (you will have to consult N.I. support on that)
