First: Stop shouting at us. Writing all caps is considered shouting (and therefore also considered as rude) in internet communities.

Second: Provide a little bit more information to us. What type of computer are you using? A PC? A Mac? Which version of Windows or macOS are you using? Which version of Native Access? Is it the latest? Is your Traktor Pro 4 licence listed in your NI account on the website at My products & serials?

Do I understand you right that you already have the demo of Traktor Pro 4 installed? Was same for me back with 4.0.0 that Traktor Pro 4 didn't show up in my Native Access first because I had already the demo running. Upon starting the demo I was able to select "Activate / Open Native Access" which activated the demo as full version for me. Maybe that helps in your case to.

Thank you mania for the response. My apologies on the all capital letters, I wrote that up pretty quickly without changing it.

Getting to it, I running Mac on the Big Sur os. I previously bought my tractor kontroler S4 about a few years ago but since I updated the os along with the native access I lost the application.

I have all the serial information on my profile but when I add it to native access I’m not able to run an install option. So I recently got the tractor 4 update but Ian unable to open the app because it says it doesn’t support my operating system. Which is weird since I read the traktor 4 runs on Big Sur.

I never had traktor 3 so I’m wondering because I skipped to 4 I’m having this issue. But like I said I have all the serial information (traktor 2 and now recently 4 ) but every time I add it to native access the application never pops up, even after a refresh.

Where you read that Traktor Pro 4 runs on macOS 11 Big Sur?

    https://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/traktor/dj-software/traktor-pro-4/specifications/

System requirements are macOS 12, 13, 14 or 15. This is the reason why Native Access doesn‘t list it for install. If it was compatible with your Mac it would be listed as the licence is in your account. You don‘t have to enter a serial in Native Access in that case.

You need to upgrade to macOS 12 at least. If your Mac isn‘t supporting this officially maybe an upgrade using Open Core Legacy Patcher is a solution.

Yes. You are having them right now.

Your OS is retired and unsupported by most vendors now. Suggest an upgrade if you want any value from your NI product.
