You can't unfortunately. You need at least Traktor Pro 4.0.0 to run with Sequoia. The compatibility list for Sequoia is here - macOS 15 Sequoia Compatibility Statement – Native Instruments

The Hardware still works and you are allowed to use it.
You can also still install the decade old Software, but then you need an older mac os version, or a Windows computer. It's unreasonable for Traktor devs to update Traktor 2 (2011) just because Apples changes their OS.
You can also see if the free software Mixxx works with the s4 mk2.

No you don't have to buy Trakor 4. Like I already said you have multiple options:
- Keep using the old mac os laptop / downgrade the OS.
- Switch to a windows computer
- Use free software like Mixx
It was YOU who updated to Sequoia without checking if the software YOU own works with it.

i should have the right to use my hardware without needing to pay for a new software. For me as a buyer, It means that Native instruments doesn't care about costumers. bad thing.

Traktor Pro 2 is from 2011, that's 14 years ago now, you have somewhat unrealistic expectations when it comes to software support, especially since there are already several successors to the software!
Traktor Release history:
Furthermore, Apple has switched from the x86 architecture to ARM architecture, which is a completely different hardware platform.
What is the difference between x86 and ARM:
https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/understanding-arm-vs-x86-architecture-key-differences-suresh-guttula-e0zyc#:~:text=%2D%20ARM%3A%20is%20known%20for%20its,suited%20for%20desktops%20and%20servers.
Furthermore, Apple has full control over what runs on their systems and compatibility is generally not guaranteed for as long as with Windows and has little to do with Native Instruments, in addition, there is a complete change in architecture.
But that's not a problem because Traktor Pro 4 is a version that runs on modern Windows and Apple devices, so I don't see any problem here.
If you own Traktor Pro 1/2/3 you can also get it at a discount, and if you wait for a sale it will be even cheaper. 😉

.."you have somewhat unrealistic expectations when it comes to software support" …so i have to pay for Traktor 4 software to keep using my traktor s4 mk2 hardware? that's my point. are you telling me that i don't deserve your support because my hardware is aged?

If you want to use it with macOS Sequoia: Yes, you‘ll have to buy Traktor Pro 4. (Or an alternate Software.) It is the only version of Traktor which is compatible with this release of macOS.
If you want to keep Traktor Pro 2 you need a Mac with a version of macOS not newer than 10.13.x. That was the last version of macOS that was compatible with Traktor Pro 2 and officially supported.
As already written: Windows is also an alternative.
You have all rights to use your controller even without buying new software. You got enough hints on options how to do this. And it could be much worse: With your Mk2 you‘ll at least have the option to upgrade to a newer Traktor. A Mk1 unit wouldn‘t work on modern macOS at all - not even with Traktor Pro 4.
