It worked with Pro 3
According to this article, it is auto-mapped, so, "technically" it is working

Maybe there is a different kind of issue that prevents it from working, but without more information (and maybe some screen shots too) it is impossible for anyone to "guess" your problem….
I just opened TP3 and tested. None of Pioneer mappings can be loaded.

MY PIONEER SEP-C1 CONTROL UNIT IS NOT WORKING WITH TRAKTOR PRO 4 BUT WORKS PERFECTLY WITH TRAKTOR PRO 3
1 - Start TP3, open controller manager.
2 - At the devices section you will find correct TSI file and you can export it from there.
3 - Start TP4 amd import the same TSI file into the Controller Manager.
4 - Finally, check the In-Port and Out-Port of the Controller Manager and make sure the correct controller is selected (if it isn't selected automatically already).
