Maschine 3 Software missing!!!

Hi All,

I registered the new Maschine Mk3 Product I bought from Guitar Center. Even after registering the product on Native Access, the software is not available for download. Could you please help with tis?

    You'll need to put in a ticket to have the Maschine licence added to your account unfortunately. You can go here - . You'll need to log into your account and you'll get a chatbot to contact support at the bottom right of the page.

    There are some old versions of Maschine available via the support area on the main site, so you may be able to get things rolling by installing one of those…

    Possibly, but not sure if they'd activate if NA isn't showing the serial number? Might be ok as demo though I guess?

    From what I can see online, the Maschine software is activated from the registration of the hardware, so my guess is the software would run when the hardware is detected. Worth a try at least.

    Wonder why this such a common issue. There is some disconnect between hardware and software SNs for licensing. I’m also having the same problem.

    It seems to have been the changeover from Maschine 2 to 3 that's caused it, as that's when it started happening. What I can't understand is why there's been no fix to their online system to resolve it.

    Instead they ask everyone individually to contact support, when they're already overloaded with people sending in multiple tickets and expecting to get immediate help over the holidays and weekends.
