License Transfer issue

Hi,

I have a Maschine MK3 that I purchased off someone which I have now sent back to them as it was not working as it should be.

When I bought it the seller sent me the license code which I registered to my NI account.

Since I have now returned the item I need to transfer the license back to them but it is not giving me the option to transfer the HW. There is no check box and it says Not Transferable.

Can anyone suggest what could be the issue and how I can go about resolving it.

    You'll need to contact support to get this sorted out as it's not something that can be handled on the forums.

    Go here - https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/sections/18115022767005, log into your account and you should get a chat box you can use to contact support. Bear in mind it's now very close to the world closing down for the holidays so you might not get an instant response.
