The tape control of MK2 can be used, but the keys have no effect. But using other Daw, such as Logic or Cubase, MK2 is normal

Ok I see that you are using Clean My Mac, that's probably the source of the issue, please uninstall it and reinstall Komplete Kontrol. We made a post specific to that:
Oh and I meant the MIDI inputs in the standalone Komplete Kontrol application, not in Cubase.

Open in Nuendo, is it working now?
If it's not, please give more detail, also Clean My Mac might have made some damage with other appluications, try also reinstalling Nuendo.

In the Nuendo Midi Settings —> Komplete Kontrol S Series you have to enable the Komplete Kontrol DAW only. This is the one that does the integration.
