Odd "Product" Listed in Native Access
Does anyone know what the blue product at the top of the list is? There are no release notes and the description says "The Ultimate Creative Toolkit for deep sound exploration feature- Cutting edge DSP for High Fidelity Sound"
If I attempt to install it I get an error message:
Installation Failed. Review your location preferences.
Every other product I've installed from Komplete 15 CE installed perfectly.
TIA.. Steve

That is Kontakt 5. If you have Kontakt 8 already installed - this is not needed and can be ignored.

It is a weird bug in Native Access that only a few experience.
I do not have this weirdness over here - and the only reason it shows in the first place is that the OP is licensed for K5.
There is no concept of removing it - unless the OP grants NI the right to permanently delete it from his NI acct - which he will most likely never want to do.

That, is not exactly true.
I also have this issue (its a bug actually) but i never had Kontakt 5. I mean never ever. At that time, i really disliked Kontakt. And of course it is not in my NI account too!
It came up out of nowhere in my Native Access, few months ago…

How about NI remove it then. This is sloppy and I have wasted hours trying to troubleshoot what that is! ******!

Really? Wow. I thought this just was a by product of having K5 in your account.
Now - you will also "see" K5 if you have ever owned a moderately recent version of Komplete as well.
I too have never "owned" a K5 license - I got it by default as part of my Komplete 8 buy back i the day. But it still shows in my Native Access - correctly (fingers crossed :)
Nice bit of learning today. Thank you.
