Hello notMorelia, have you purchased this product from second hand, or brand new? If this is brand new you should receive the Maschine 3, if you have purchased it second hand, as the system detected the first registration, you should then receive the Maschine 2 instead.
Also, I checked your ticket and we received your ticket and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

I have the same problem. I bought my new Maschine and can't download the software, and I have a live performance in two days. I’ve already opened a ticket. Is there no way to solve it on my own? It's frustrating to pay so much money for this.

I received an email saying, "The free software that comes with the product you recently purchased or registered is now available in your user account," but it still doesn’t show up in the application. I’ve already reinstalled Native Access.

I know you’re already aware, but this thread was created exactly a month ago. I think that’s too long for an issue of this scale to remain unresolved—it should be a priority for you. I say this with all the best intentions. For someone who just wants to try out a new toy, it might be a momentary frustration, but when it starts affecting your workflow, it’s a different story. 😓

Maschine purchased second-hand, the software does not appear in Native access, however it appears on my NI account.
The previous owner correctly transferred the licence.
I created a ticket 4449419 but no response.

Same issue here. I got my Mikro second hand. Had trouble with license transfer however that was resolved. And now I'm missing Maschine v2 software which is super frustrating. It's now days that I received the hardware and still unable to play with it.
I have a ticket open for the Maschine 2 software missing but I have yet to get an answer.

ohh My god. I have the same problem. I second hand purchased a maschine mikro mk3 . licence trasnfer ok 24/12/2024 . I got it in my native account : MASCHINE MIKRO MK3 HW sn: 3MM94……..
but.. I don´t have maschine 2 essentials in native access or drivers for to work with the mikro mk3. I created a ticket #4462237 waiting for help. Thank you!!
