Traktor Pro 4 license didn't come with it.

I just bought a Z2 mixer and the Traktor Pro 4 license didn't come with it.
I know that Traktor 3 support has ended.
Do you know how to request a Traktor Pro 4 license?

If you bought it new, you can try to contact support. https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014498698-How-to-contact-NI-Support
But I don't think the Z2 officially comes with Traktor Pro 4.
Should work fine with tp3 though.

Traktor Pro 4 is included only in the new Z1 MK2, not in Z2.

Interesting answer, the question is how do you buy a TP3 license? I need it and it is impossible.

From what I heard directly from support, it was!
If you have proof of purchase from a reseller dated after July 2024, you can contact our registration support to get a free upgrade to Pro 4.
This does not apply to a pre-owned purchase.

Z2 is old. It was released in Traktor Pro 2 times. Not sure how long NI sold Z2 but AFAIR it was discontinued before Traktor Pro 3. Therefore I expect that your Z2 just comes with a Traktor Pro 2 licence - if the seller supplied a licence transfer ID.
It is safe to say: No Z2 includes a Traktor Pro 4 licence as long the seller doesn‘t sell it in a bundle with an upgrade.
To request a Traktor Pro 4 upgrade go to NI online store and buy an upgrade licence.
