Traktor 3 does not show up after entering serial in native access

Hi
I am trying to install Traktor 3 on my new Macbook (2024 Air M3). I own Traktor 3 LE and the upgrade to Traktor Pro. When I enter both serial numbers, it says the products are now installed and I can download them from the library, but they are not there. What am I doing wrong?

I don't know if it has anything to do with that, but keep in mind that official support for the new Apple devices from Traktor Pro 4.1 onwards is stated in the changelog.
